Gluten Rescue with Glutalytic® by Doctor's Best

Gluten Rescue with Glutalytic® is a patented blend of protein-splitting enzymes (proteases) that help break down gluten and other protein compounds in eggs and soy and dairy foods. Glutalytic® contains multiple protease enzymes. It is specifically designed to break down the peptide compounds of gluten. The product also contains the enzymes DPP-IV and aspergillopepsin and breaks down protein compounds in various ways.

Peptide compounds such as gluten

Gluten is a protein that consists of gliadin and glutenin and is found in various cereals, such as wheat, rye, spelled, kamut and barley. Gluten is found in many pasta, bread, cake and pastry products. Enzymes are produced in the body to digest the food we eat. However, various factors can interfere with enzyme production. The product Gluten Rescue ensures that protein compounds are properly broken down within the body.

Endopeptidases and exopeptidases

Glutalytic™ contains both endopeptidases and exopeptidases, allowing long unhydrolysed gluten proteins to be broken down into amino acids that can then be digested and absorbed by the body. Gluten is not only found in bread and pasta, but is also widely used as an additive in processed foods (whether for texture or taste).

Quantum effects of enzymes

Enzymes do essential work in our body. They are catalysts for biochemical reactions in cells and can accelerate these processes up to a trillion times. How is that possible? Enzymes make use of the tunnel effect from quantum mechanics, also known as tunneling. A particle passes through a barrier. Cautionary note

This product supports the body in its uptake of gluten compounds. However, be careful with the autoimmune disease celiac disease. People with celiac disease who eat gluten and are also taking this product can still experience adverse reactions and abdominal complaints.
